Brussels, 20/02/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 20 February, MEPs on the civil liberties committee (LIBE) at the European Parliament finally agreed, by 36 votes to 10 (and 3 abstentions), to go along with the Council of the EU and designate Budapest the next centre of CEPOL, the European Police College, after it was cast out of its British premises in Bramshill.
