Brussels, 13/01/2014 (Agence Europe) - The Euro-Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly, which last Saturday brought together its bureau (Jordan, European Parliament, Morocco and Portugal) and its enlarged bureau (the committee presidents in addition to four members of the office), has decided to hold its annual plenary session in Jordan on 9 February.
The parliamentary committees will meet the previous day to finalise discussions on the reports, which this year will focus on two themes - the Syrian crisis and the fallout on the neighbouring countries, and the peace process. High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton will be invited to attend. (FB/transl.fl)
