Brussels, 08/01/2014 (Agence Europe) - The fifth session of the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM), which is organised on an annual basis by the EU Committee of the Regions (CoR), takes place this year in Tangiers (Morocco) on 23-24 February. A debate on the “territorial dimension” of Euro-Mediterranean cooperation will be held, to be followed up by a report by the co-presidencies.
