EGF - new proposal for aid for 408 Italian employees

Brussels, 20/12/2013 (Agence Europe) - The European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) could be used to help 480 employees made redundant by Jabil CM S.r.l. and Anovo Italia S.p.A., both of which are producers of electronic products for the information and communication technology (ICT) sector in Italy, to find new jobs, the European Commission announced on Friday 20 December.
