10/12/2013 (Agence Europe) - Slovenia says it can refinance its banks itself. The head of the Eurogroup, Jeroen Dijsselbloem, said on Monday 9 December that the Slovenian secretary of state had informed the Eurogroup that Slovenia could recapitalise its banks without external aid. The results of the Slovenian bank stress tests will be revealed later in the week and could show that the banks need an extra €5 billion in capital. (MB/transl.fl))
