Viviane Reding will not be going to Sochi

Brussels, 10/12/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 9 December, Vice-President of the European Commission Viviane Reding said on Twitter that she would boycott the Winter Olympics in Sochi as long as Moscow continues to discriminate against minorities in Russia. “I will certainly not be going to Sotchi as long as minorities are treated in the way they are treated today by Russian legislation”, Reding wrote.
