Brussels, 28/10/2013 (Agence Europe) - Another €85 million has just been allocated by the European Union to help victims of the Syrian crisis - both inside the war-torn country and to refugees and their host communities in Jordan, as well as to Syrian students in Europe, the European Commission announced on Monday 28 October.
