Brussels, 04/10/2013 (Agence Europe) - According to the Court of Justice of the EU, France should have taken account of the cases of farmers who signed up to environmental commitments when it determined direct payments following reform of the common agricultural policy (CAP) in 2003. A degree of wriggle room is left for the French Conseil d'Etat which referred the matter to the Court.
