On 3 October, Brussels will host another round of negotiations in the process of settling the Transnistria issue, in the 5+2 format (representatives from the Republic of Moldova and Transnistria - Russia, Ukraine, and the OSCE as mediators, and the USA and EU as observers). According to the OSCE representative, Andrei Dechtchista, the central theme of the discussions will be the population movements through the Dniester. The official negotiations on the Transnistria issue were resumed in November 2011, after being stopped for almost six years. (CG/transl.fl)
