The talks on a free-trade agreement between the EU and Japan that were opened in April will be at the heart of discussions between Japanese Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Toshimitsu Motegi and Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht in Brussels on Tuesday 24 September.
