Brussels, 23/08/2013 (Agence Europe) - Oceana, the association for protecting the world's oceans, believes that the European Commission's proposal made on 22 August on fishing opportunities in the Baltic Sea for 2014 (see EUROPE 10905) does not take scientific opinion sufficiently into account.
