EU and United States proud of exemplary cooperation

Brussels, 11/07/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 11 July, EU Internal Market Commissioner Michel Barnier and United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Chairman Gary Gensler announced a path forward (roadmap) that will lead, through recognition of the equivalence of certain rules in force on either side of the Atlantic, to optimum regulatory convergence on derivatives markets.
