Van Rompuy wants youth employment to be rallying point

Brussels, 27/06/2013 (Agence Europe) - On the afternoon of Thursday 27 June, the heads of state and/or government of the EU arrived in Brussels for a European Council that is to serve as a “rallying point” to tackle the “urgent problem” of youth unemployment in Europe, as Council President Herman Van Rompuy put it.
