Brussels, 27/05/2013 (Agence Europe) - The ARLEM bureau (Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly) symbolically held its 11th session at the UfM (Union for the Mediterranean) headquarters in Barcelona on 23 May, in order to mark the determination to forge close ties between the two institutions.
