Free trade - Dublin hopes to wrap up mandate by mid June

Dublin, 18/04/2013 (Agence Europe) - The Irish Presidency of the EU Council of Ministers is allowing itself two months in which to amend the Commission's draft mandate, with a view to negotiating an agreement with the United States in July.
