Emergency number 112 - EENA rewards eight initiatives

Brussels, 18/04/2013 (Agence Europe) - In Riga on 17 April, the European emergency number association (EENA) rewarded eight emergency services and citizens' initiatives for conducting key initiatives promoting the European emergency number, 112. The initiatives come from Croatia, Finland, France, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia and Romania. The award ceremony was held in parallel to an EU emergency workshop.
