Brussels, 04/04/2013 (Agence Europe) - An auction of one tonne of carbon symbolised by a gigantic black balloon will be held near the premises of the European Parliament on 9 April, at a joint initiative by CAN Europe and the WWF. This was announced by the two environmental defence organisations that hope to involve the public and MEPs in determining what the right price of CO2 pollution should be.
