VWFS and Pon given go-ahead for PERL acquisition

Brussels, 02/04/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 2 April, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the acquisition of Dutch company Pon Equipment Rental & Lease BV (PERL) by the financing arm of the Volkswagen car company, Volkswagen Financial Services Company (VWFS), registered in Germany, and Dutch company Pon Holdings BV Company, through their Dutch joint venture Volkswagen Pon Financial Services BV (VWPFS).
