Brussels, 18/03/2013 (Agence Europe) - On 15 March, the European Investment Bank (EIB) announced that is was going to lend €200 million to Vnesheconombank to finance projects implemented by small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-caps in Russia. The EIB funds will co-finance projects which foster the development of the private sector, improve the social and economic infrastructure and address climate change mitigation and adaptation.
