22/02/2013 (Agence Europe) - Reacting to the amounts allocated for cohesion policy in the multiannual financial framework (MFF), the president of the Rhône-Alpes region in France has said that his region - despite the uncertainties with regard to the definitive envelopes - “will be there in 2014 to ensure the implementation of European funds for innovation and employment. In the 2007-2013 period, Rhône-Alpes ranked first among the French regions for the use of European funds. The dynamic of European projects is under way and will have to be strengthened to consolidate the competitiveness of our industrial sectors”. (MD/transl.fl)
