Brussels, 24/01/2013 (Agence Europe) - On 24 January, the European Commission sent several reasoned opinions concerning periodic roadworthiness tests to three member states. Finland, the United Kingdom and Austria have two months in which to provide the Commission with information on Directive 2010/48/EU which should have been transposed early 2011.
