Commission celebrates 10th edition of “EBBA”

Brussels, 10/01/2013 (Agence Europe) - The Eurosonic Noordeslag festival, organised in Groningen in the Netherlands, played host to the “European Border Breakers Awards 2013” (EBBA) on 9 January. The prizes go to the best new young music acts in Europe which have achieved cross-border chart success.
