Brussels, 18/12/2012 (Agence Europe) - At the end of the EU-Azerbaijan Cooperation Council on Monday 17 December, European Commissioner for Enlargement Stefan Füle stressed the need to accelerate the pace of negotiations on the association agreement and visas.
