Brussels, 14/12/2012 (Agence Europe) - BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy or mad cow disease) testing for cattle in good health upon arrival at an abattoir is to be phased out, decided EU experts at a meeting of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health on 12 December.
