Brussels, 14/12/2012 (Agence Europe) - If the European Summit reaches agreement next year (probably in February) on the European Union's multiannual financial framework (MFF) for 2014-2020, then broad agreement on reform of the Common Agricultural Policy will be possible at the end of June, under the Irish Presidency. National payment agencies might not be ready in time for that though and direct aid might have to be paid out using the current model in 2014 in the meantime.
