Brussels, 11/12/2012 (Agence Europe) - On 3 December, the European Commission proposed to reduce fishing opportunities for turbot next year and to keep the total allowable catch (TAC) for sprat in the Black Sea waters at the same level. This proposal concerns Bulgaria and Romania, which share the Community TAC.
