Brussels, 10/12/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 7 December, three young Europeans put their proposal forward in the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) to establish a single tariff for the use of mobile telephones in Europe. If this European Citizens' Initiative manages to gather a million signatures in a year and in seven different member states, the Commission will have to take the proposal into consideration.
