Brussels, 07/11/2012 (Agence Europe) - Spain has got its way over bluefin tuna (see EUROPE 10716). At the meeting of Coreper on Wednesday 7 November, a qualified majority formed to support an increase from 12,900 to 13,500 tonnes for the European bluefin tuna quota for 2013, whereas the Commission proposed to continue with 2012 volumes. Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Denmark and Austria voted against, but did not achieve a blocking minority (88 votes of the 91 needed)....
