Strasbourg, 12/10/2012 (Agence Europe) - The first edition of the World Forum for Democracy came to an end on Thursday 11 October. Jean-Louis Laurens, the general coordinator for the Forum organised by the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, was master of the closing ceremonies organised in the Chamber of one of the oldest of the pan-European institutions.
