Brussels, 04/09/2012 (Agence Europe) - Youth unemployment is continuing to rise within the EU27, reaching record highs month after month, but on Tuesday 4 September 2012, the European Commission published a report on youth in which it praised the work of Member States in promoting jobs for young people.
