Outcry from NGOs on access to justice

Brussels, 20/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - There has been an outcry from environmental NGOs over the Commission's decision, confirmed on Thursday 19 July, to appeal against two separate rulings of the EU General Court which highlighted deficiencies in the EU legislation on access to justice in relation to the environment (Case T-338/09 - see EUROPE 10659).
