Brussels, 17/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Catherine Ashton finished her visit to Asia last week by signing the EU accession instrument to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC). She did this in Phnom Penh on 12 July, where she was taking part in the 19th session of the ASEAN regional forum, and the treaty was also signed by the foreign ministers of the 10 ASEAN nations.
