Free carbon quotas for Bulgarian, Czech and Romanian power stations after 2012

Brussels, 06/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania will be allowed to continue to give their power stations free quotas in the European greenhouse gas emissoions trading system (ETS) after 2012.
