Brussels, 31/05/2012 (Agence Europe) - Algeria and the EU have decided to resume their talks on finalising an action plan as part of neighbourhood policy. Two dates have been given for sending a team of European negotiators to Algiers - either June or, more likely, September, shortly after the month of Ramadan. Another reason for postponement is the need to allow a new Algerian government the time to settle into its role after the recent elections early May.
