Brussels, 16/05/2012 (Agence Europe) - In spite of the economic crisis and major budgetary constraints, the EU and its member states have made good progress towards keeping the promise they made in 2009 to the developing countries to make €7.2 billion available over three years (2010-2012) to help them to fund their efforts to fight climate change.
