Passengers on delayed flights are entitled to compensation

Brussels, 15/05/2012 (Agence Europe) - Advocate General Yves Bot proposed on Tuesday 15 May that the Court confirm that passengers whose flights are delayed should be entitled to compensation. When they reach their final destination three hours of more after the scheduled arrival time, they may seek flat-rate compensation from the airline.
