Donostia-San Sebastián and Wroclaw, capitals of culture 2016

Brussels, 11/05/2012 (Agence Europe) - The Council has officially selected the cities of Donostia-San Sebastián (Spain) and Wroclaw (Poland) as European Capitals of Culture for 2016. They have thus given their approval to the choices previously made by the group of experts in charge of selecting European capitals of culture.
