Brussels, 14/03/2012 (Agence Europe) -Romanian Prime Minister Mihai Razvan Ungureanu, who is meeting José Manuel Barroso this Thursday 15 March, pleaded the day before in favour of an extraordinary European Council on the rise of extreme right wing and anti-European parties, reports AFP.
