Brussels, 14/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - The Serbs in the north of Kosovo began voting on Tuesday 14 February in a controversial referendum on what they see as concessions made by Serbia, under pressure from the EU, to Kosovo. Voting will continue on Wednesday. More than 35,000 voters from four Serbian-majority municipalities have been asked to answer “yes” or “no” to the question: “Do you accept the institutions of the self-styled Republic of Kosovo in Pristina?”
