Brussels, 14/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 14 February, in Strasbourg, MEPs criticised the Council's quibbling over multiannual stock management plans for certain species of fish, especially western horse mackerel and anchovies in the Bay of Biscay.
