Brussels, 08/11/2011 (Agence Europe) - With the economic and debt crisis in full swing in Europe, EU foreign ministers will be meeting in Brussels on Monday 14 November to discuss the future of EU development policy. Their meeting will be chaired by Catherine Ashton, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. It comes as no surprise that aid effectiveness is on the Council agenda.
