Brussels, 28/10/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 28 October, the EU Council of Ministers and the European Parliament reached agreement in principle on the first EU radio spectrum policy programme (for 2012-2015). On 23 October, the European Council had called for rapid agreement on this programme.
