Brussels, 21/10/2011 (Agence Europe) - The outcome of the European Council of 23 October will be debated by the European Parliament (EP) on Thursday 27 October, meeting in plenary session in Strasbourg. The EP will agree its position on the EU budget for 2012 and is expected to adopt new rules on tackling paedophilia and online pornography. The winner of the Sakharov Prize will be announced on Thursday.
