Brussels, 18/10/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 16 October 2011, the European Commission will publish draft legal penalties for insider dealing and price-fixing. The legislation will be part of an update of the MiFID rules (see EUROPE 10456) and amend EU Directive 2003/6/EC on insider dealing itself and encouraging such behaviour.
