Brussels, 23/08/2011 (Agence Europe) - Ireland confirmed to the European Commission on 19 August that it intended to subscribe to the proposals on victims' rights brought forward by Commissioner Viviane Reding on 18 May: a draft directive guaranteeing victims certain basic rights and a draft regulation on European protection orders.
