Brussels, 04/08/2011 (Agence Europe) - The companies T3 Technologies, Turbo Hercules and Naon Enterprise Software, which had attacked IBM before the European Commission for abuse of dominant position in the mainframe sector, have withdrawn their complaints. The reasons for their withdrawal is not yet known and neither IBM nor the European Commission have commented on the subject but it is highly likely that the companies in question have found an agreement with the US group.
