Brussels, 03/08/2011 (Agence Europe) - On 1 August, the European Commission adopted a proposal to add to existing legislation, to allow the structural funds to co-finance repayable aid in the form of reimbursable grants or lines of credit managed by the managing authority through intermediate bodies (public financial institutions).
