Brussels, 29/07/2011 (Agence Europe) - EU foreign affairs chief Catherine Ashton issued a call for calm from Serbia and Kosovo on Thursday 28 July. An EU special envoy will travel to the region where ill-feeling over control of two border posts in the north of Kosovo could spiral into crisis.
