08/06/2011 (Agence Europe) - WTO adopts Airbus reports. On 1 June, the WTO dispute settlement panel adopted the reports of the special group and the appeals body on the complaint lodged by the United States on start-up aid from EU member states to civil aircraft constructor Airbus (DS 316). On 19 May, the WTO appeals body partly overturned the ruling delivered in June 2010 by the dispute settlement body (see EUROPE 10382). (E.H./transl.rt)
