Brussels, 20/04/2011 (Agence Europe) -On Tuesday, the EU and the Palestinian Authority signed an agreement whereby the EU will grant €21 million for institution-building in the future Palestinian state. The aid will go to the justice and security departments and economic management bodies in the Palestinian public services. The deal was signed by Prime Minister Salam Fayyad on behalf of Palestine, and the EU ambassador in Ramallah, Christian Berger. (F.B./transl.fl)
